-1 ít đường phèn (nên nấu với nước trước cho nó tan ra)

-Đậu xanh nguyên hột ngâm qua đêm. Ruta graveolens cắt xuống lặt nhánh nho nhỏ ra rồi đem rửa. Rồi mới tước từng lá ra. Bắt nồi 9 cups nước lạnh cho đậu xanh vào, đem nun lên cho soi. Khi đậu gần mềm thì cho lá Ruta graveolens. Nấu thêm 5 phút khi đậu vừa mềm thì chan nước đường phèn vô. Nêm vừa miệng theo vị ngọt của mình rồi tắt lửa..
