Hello, Families & Friends From All Over The World

Hello all: Starting from today, I will be blogging all my recipes in English. No, I am still the same person, KimKhanh, whose most of you have known all these years, who as always try to embrace and love my native language, Vietnamese, dearly. It's just that I would be embarking on MLIS degree, at San Jose State University, starting this Fall 2016. My entire master program would consist of a lot of reading and writing. Therefore, enforcing myself to write, blogging in English would help me tremendously. I would probably be really busy in the next few years, trying to achieve the degree. When the time allows I will stop by to post and share my new recreation of dishes, last but not least to say hi to all of you. I am exciting and nervous at the same time. Wish me luck, guys.
